What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember certain information about your visit — for example, your language preference or whether you have already accepted a notice — so that the site works as you would expect on return visits.
Cookies do not contain your name or any sensitive personal information on their own. They are widely used by websites to make them function properly, to improve their performance, and to provide information to the site's owners.
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies — Always Active
These cookies are necessary for the website to function. They cannot be switched off, as the site would not work correctly without them. They do not collect information that could be used to identify or track you for marketing purposes.
- cookieConsent — stores your cookie preference choices; expires after 12 months
- Session identifiers — temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser
Analytics Cookies — Optional
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the website, so we can improve the experience over time. The data they collect is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
- _ga, _gid — Google Analytics; track page views, session duration, and user journeys; expire after 2 years and 24 hours respectively
Marketing Cookies — Optional
These cookies may be set through the site by advertising partners. They are used to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant content on other sites. We keep their use minimal and do not operate any advertising campaigns that would share sensitive legal interests.
- _gcl_au — Google Ads conversion tracking; expires after 90 days
Preference Cookies — Optional
These cookies remember choices you have made on the website to provide a more personalised experience on return visits.
- lang, region — remember display settings; expire after 12 months
Third-Party Services
Some cookies are placed by third-party services that appear on our pages. We have no direct control over these cookies. The relevant third parties and their privacy policies are:
- Google Analytics — policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Maps — used on our contact section; subject to Google's privacy policy above
We do not use social media tracking cookies or third-party advertising networks beyond those listed above.
Cookie Duration
Cookies fall into two categories by duration:
- Session cookies — deleted automatically when you close your browser. Used for temporary site functions.
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period (as noted above for each cookie) unless you delete them manually or through your browser settings.

Use the controls below to manage your cookie choices. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the site to work. Your selection is saved to your browser and will be applied when you visit the site.
